KrisisDnB offer a range of items available for purchase from Vinyl and MP3’s to KrisisDnB Clothes and Merchandise. We do our best to source the best ranges for the lowest price and you can find all the prices next to each item in the shop catalogues.  

Delivery Policy

We currently only ship via Royal Mail when shipping from the UK, however some of our clothing and gift items ship directly from USA.

We currently ship only using the services listed below, costs is determined by weight regardless of quantity ordered. We ship worldwide but this may change at any time should we have problems with deliveries to a particular area.

Royal Mail Europe - 0 – 2kg

Royal Mail Airsure Europe - 0 – 2kg
Royal Mail Airsure World – 0 - 2kg

Our orders are shipped and handled by third party couriers, therefore all delivery dates and times given are only estimates.

We endeavour to get your order to you within the estimated delivery time, however, on rare occassions the delivery may be delayed. We therefore cannot be held responsible for delays by the courier / postal service or for any consequential losses you may suffer if the delivery is not on time for whatever reason.

UK Shipping

Most vinyl should be received within 2-3 working days; orders are normally ship the next working day. MP3’s are available as digital downloads only are and made available to download instantly. Any items with the KrisisDnB logo printed will take anything up to 14 working days as they are shipped directly from the printers.

Europe/Worldwide Shipping

Please allow 31 days for delivery, goods are normally received in less than 14 but should your parcel go missing unfortunately it cannot be declared lost in post until 29 days have elapsed from the shipping date. We therefore cannot replace your order until the courier or postal service has confirmed that your parcel has been lost/damaged.

Import Duty & Taxes

It is your responsibility as the customer to pay all applicable customs fees and taxes for your country. If you refuse to pay these charges then your order may be abandoned and you will lose your goods as well as your money. These taxes are only applicable for non UK and non European Union countries.

Tracking

We currently do not provide tracking information on our website but if you would like more information on tracking please contact as at admin@krisisdnb.com and we will forward any tracking information to you.

Return / Refund Policy

You have the right to return any item ordered via this website for no reason and without penalty for a refund.

To return an unwanted order you must give us notice within 7 working days starting on the day after the day that you received the goods from us. We will contact you with further instructions on processing the return and more details on when you will receive the refund.

If you would like to cancel your order before it is has been shipped you will need to email us at admin@krisisdnb.com stating the order number in question.
