KRISIS AT SE1 - 4th May Bank Holiday. Has been on the site for a few weeks now as a day out for everyone who wants to attend. A large number of KRISISDnB DJs, MCs, Listeners and supporters will be making the trip to London for a night out at the massive SE1 club. 5 rooms and one of the biggest lineups ive seen in a long while for a regular club. Come along and meet some of the crew. Should be a class event. More details and the flyer are in the forum

EVENTS :

MATRIX 2 - Not a boring sequel as the name suggests, but the 2008 (almost my age) MX Birthday special on the 17th May (with wheelchair access) !!! Progress is well underway to get a lineup that most clubs would pay a lot of cash for !! So far on the list are LYPTIKAL from Finn People, ROWNEY (Class A / Second City Records), PROPA G (Rollin Soundz), JAYLINE (Useless Plaztix). A venue is being worked on for those local to Southampton but it will also be streamed live on KRISISDnB

KRISIS vs SUBBASSFM - NEW DATE 27th JUNE due to a double booking at CLUB2XS in Bournemouth. The promotion for this will start very soon and flyer will be available taking KRISISDnB to bournemouth for the first of what will be a regular event with SUBBASSFM.

UPSTAIRZ KRISIS - DJ Damski is a producer, DJ and promoter of his own night in Newcastle. Taking a late afternon slot 4-5pm Damski is a class DJ that takes the KRISIS brand a bit further north in the UK. MX, NeO, MC Substance and MC Spitfire will be making the trip to Newcastle on July 25th for one of Damski's events. If you can get there for that or for any of Damski's events then it would be class !!

UPDATE :

CROOKED BEATZ - DJ HIGHROLLER will still be making a monthly appearance on KRISISDnB.COM even tho he has also taken a slot on kunninmindz to help promote his new label. Big ups Josh (Highroller) for supporting and being a part of KRISISDnB alongsde all the Inhibit crew from Perth Australia since we started just over a year ago.

DJ RUSTY - PROMO AUDIO RECORDINGS from Sao Paulo Brazil has joined KRISISDnB for a weekly show on Mondays 11.30pm uk time. With releases already under his belt Rusty brings another label to the station with lots of his latest tunes and promos of forthcoming releases. The brazilians are coming to KRISIS with also DJ Download doing a weekly show on saturdays (check the lineup page for details), already having made a tune with DJ Premium there is bound to be more of the latest tunes to be heard every week.

DJ G-RAT has recently joined us from UKBASS Radio and will be starting his show on KRISISDnB in the next week. A known DJ and promoter in the Southampton area. Is nice to see that even though he plays on a larger (at the moment) station that he sees that we are moving in the right direction to become a major force on the internet and as promoters. With KRISIS DJ Krogenik and KRISIS MC Lazyman having made a guest appearance on UKBASS we are getting exposure on there as well as on the KRISISDnB stream.

Our target in the february newsletter was to get more international DJs on the station and with DJ Dawkesy from wales weve done just that (haha only joking mate!). Seriously though Dawkesy is a quality addition to the station as well as DJ Download and DJ Rusty from Brazil, DJ TDK from Belgium and DJ Static from Toronto Canada we are now well on the way to reaching out to a more global audience.

COCO MC has been hard at work on a project for the site to get individual DJs and MCs their own mini-website under the KRISISDnB banner. Its still a 'work in progress' at the moment but you can see the start of his own mini-site at WWW.COCOMC.KRISISDnB.COM . To build each mini site involves a fair amount of work especially from Coco but also from a setup point of view so these sites will have a small charge for DJs or MCs to have created. Coco will look after that side of it, but we think you can see already from his site that it adds something a bit extra for every DJ and MC on the station that we currently dont provide on the profiles page. Once things are ready we will let all artists on the station know so you can have one built specifically for you !!

K-POD - KRISISDnB PODCASTS

We have just launched podcasts on KRISISDnB. There are a few on there and more will be added shortly, as well as a monthly special podcast show which will only be available to download. See the front page of the site and the forum for more details

REVIEW :

KRISIS ONE and DROPZONE -

A massive weekend that took KRISISDnB into Year 2. Dropzone proved that 2 stations (KRISIS vs RUTHLESS SOUNDZ) can pull off a HUGE show and the photographic evidence is plain to see in the Events gallery. KRISIS ONE brought DJs old and new to STUDIO X to take part in the official one year show.

KRISIS LIVE - KRISISDnB.COM made its first broadcast on the FM Radio frequencies on Swindon 105.5FM on the 4th April. We had a few technical difficulties and couldnt stream it on the website, but that should be sorted for the next show on the 7th May at 9pm. Caste and Kurrupt will be hosting it with an interview and mix from special guest JAYLINE.
